Rhinestones Aura's Policy on Exchanges

At Rhinestones Aura, making you happy is the most important thing to us. We want you to love everything you buy, so our Exchange Policy makes sure that everything goes smoothly and without any problems.

Who Can Exchange

We are happy to accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery to make sure you are completely happy. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

Not used, not worn, and in their original state.

Returned with all the tags, labels, and packaging still on it.

The process of exchanging

If you get something that is broken or wrong, we will be happy to send you a new one at no extra cost to you.

But if the exchange isn't because of a mistake on our part (like a change of mind, size, or style preference), there will be a small fee of $24.99 to cover the cost of shipping the item back.

Rhinestones Aura will pay for all shipping costs for exchanges because of damage or receiving the wrong item.

The customer will have to pay the $24.99 shipping fee for exchanges that are started for any other reason.
