Who can return items
You can only return an item if it is broken, damaged, or not what you ordered. If your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition, we'll be happy to help you with a quick and easy return process.
How to Start a Return
1. Get in touch with us
To start the return process, please email our dedicated support team at support@rhinestonesaura.com. Please send us your order number, a short description of the problem, and clear pictures of the front and back of the item.
2. Wait for return instructions
Our customer service team will look over your request and give you the return address and any other information you need to send it back.
3. Make sure the packaging is safe
Please pack your item carefully so it doesn't get damaged while it's on its way. Use the original packaging whenever you can. If not available, choose another one that offers enough protection.
4. Send the Item
Use a shipping service that is reliable and can be tracked, and keep proof of shipment for your records. This makes sure that your return gets to us safely and quickly.
5. Check and Get Your Money Back
Our quality assurance team will check the item when we get it back to make sure it meets our return conditions.
Once your request is approved, your refund will be sent back to the same payment method within 30 days. Please keep in mind that the time it takes to process your payment may depend on your bank or payment provider.
Important Notes
Customers have to pay for the return shipping, unless the item is broken or wrong.
You may not be able to get a refund or exchange for returns that are more than 30 days after delivery or that don't meet the return conditions.
You can't get your money back for personalized or custom-made items unless they arrive broken or have a flaw in the way they were made.
You can return both new and broken items within 30 days of getting them.
